Key Responsibilities:Telesales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Customer Service
- Provide clear information about available properties, prices, payment plans, and project details.
- Assist clients with questions, concerns, and viewing arrangements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and property tours.
Administrative & Support
- Track daily call activity and lead status updates.
- Prepare basic reports for management on lead conversions and pipeline.
- Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls.
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in customer service or telesales preferred (real estate is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
