Customer Service/Cashier

Front Counter Service & Cashier:

Three Brothers Bagels storefront is located in Shaler Twp, PA in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We offer a variety of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches as well as coffee and baked goods to our local community. Our store hours are Tuesday to Friday 7AM-2PM. Part time position are available.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high product quality in a fast paced environment.

The position will be responsible for assisting customers with their food and drink order, following up with customer inquiries, and ensuring orders are picked up.

• Preparation of coffee, tea and cold beverage drinks.
• Assist in organizing online and delivery orders.
• Portioning prepared deli items and baked goods.
• Stock open air cooler and self service counter.
• Washing Dishes
• Closing shift cleaning.

Must be available for entire shift starting at 6:30AM - 2:30PM.

This position reports to the Owners/manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Toast POS system is a plus
