Position:

  • Chat Monitor 24/7: Part of the responsibilities will be monitoring our Chat 24/7. we the very few chats, but when we do expectations is your phone can be used to reply to them
  • Customer Service: Handling Data requirements inside our leadfuzion system (we will train), Possible Answering online Chat requests
  • Administrative support: Building Knowledgeable for all customers issues and responses.
  • Data Acquisition: Maintaining Customers Request, making sure getting data back to customers on time
  • Developing/Maintaining KPI's
  • Outbounds Calling for customer attainment
  • AI Development: We have a team of AI Development Engineers. Help them in moving some of our customer related issues into AI to solve.

Compensation:

  • $180 USD starting out PLUS bonus structure based on revenue increases attributed to Customers service KPI's. Looking for someone long term.

Thriving Software 10 Year old Company in Real Estate Related Investing is looking for someone to answer incoming/outbound chats from US TIME ZOME MST 8am to 4pm (8pm to 4am Pakistan time), Customer Emails, Supplier emails, provide office admin and lead finding support. Owner has multiple companies so there is more work than just the software company!

Job Description:

Customer Service Related Duties (< 10% of the position)

  • #1 Trait: must Speak Fluent English. we will have a Zoom Call to demonstrate this. do NOT apply if not fluent and completely understandable!
  • #2 Trait: Self Starter a MUST, "Hustler", Goes beyond what I ask as most of the time it leads to a better approach!
  • #3 Trait:Ability Answer incoming/outbound Chats from US TIME ZOME MST 8am to 4pm (8pm to 4AM Pakistan time) - Required, Monday through Saturday
  • Develop a 30 - 60 - 90 Day plan for Leadfuzion Customer Service, Suggest ways to improve our processes.
  • Weekly Management Calls to review Priorities/Feedback/Next actions
  • Handle all incoming/outbound sales Chats, build a quick rapport with a caller, Explain Services, enter appropriate data into Excel/CRM Operating system, and then set up in and work Excel Files for Importing into our system.
  • Rapidly respond (within 1 minute) to online customer sources: Website Chat (you can do via your mobile app), FB messages & comments, Facebook, etc)
  • Database management - ensure all customers have appropriate and detailed notes, all information related to customers are properly filled out with relevant information, and all customers have an appropriate next step.
  • Data Acquisition: Help I downloading county data, will train.
  • Take Initial Customer file, review it, determine Fields matching to our database (we will train) and The CSR will import the file in the corrected file format into our system. Once the system has processed it, they will format it for customer approval and send.
  • We are using AI to do a lot of the heavy work, but time to time we get files from customers that need help.
  • Making sure Customers orders get out on time!

Lead Generation and Attainment Activities (40% of the time)

  • Looking for someone VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE with Experience about how to find Real Estate Leads in county data. You will be tested to see how good you are in this!
  • Have Experience in finding leads in county data and a clear process in doing so. We will provide training as well but expectation is that you have done this prior or Catch on Very easily and take off owning this part of our business. We are growing very fast in this part of our business.

Administrative support

  • Develop and Maintain KPI's for all processes for Customer Service.
  • Tracking orders and related KPIS in the system
  • Track Whole System Dynamics and alert of any issues

Technical Skills Needed:

  • Computer Savvy required! Own computer required! High Speed Internet required.
  • Pick up CRM quickly
  • Strong understanding of Google’s G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar)
  • Ability to follow processes and implement systems
  • Ability to Document Procedures/Policies

Hiring Process/Testing:

  • Applicant will have a quick phone interview reviewing Resume
  • Based on the Results of the Phone Interview 2 tests will be required for an in-person interview: Finding County Data,

Legal: A Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure will be signed for this contract position/Customer Service Representative (CSR) as the technology is new. We can certainly send those documents area doc time for your review and signature. It is a contract position and applicant understand there is no benefits available for this position.

  • Location: REMOTE, Rest of the Leadfuzion team is in Pakistan.
