y Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, custom orders, and delivery timelines
  • Create and follow up on quotes for potential and existing customers
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with accountability, care, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
  • Track orders, manage returns or adjustments, and keep customers informed of order status
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and satisfaction checks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solving mindset with a patient, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to work the Night Shift
