Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service/Data Entry professional to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate data records and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and be proficient in various data entry tasks, ensuring efficient operations within our organization.

Duties

  • Enter and update customer information in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including order entry, transcription, and data collection.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data effectively.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks and basic math calculations.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases and ERP systems.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Previous office or clerical experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
