Customer Service/Deli Associate

C-Store looking to hire fulltime or part-time Morning, Midday, Nights, and Weekend help. Must be friendly, dependable, and motivated. Individuals with the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service encouraged to join our team!

Job Description:

• Greets all customers, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service. Demonstrate care, concern, and patience in all customer interactions including over the phone and instore.
• Operates cash register accurately and scans products. Redeems promotional coupons, receives cash, checks, completes credit-card transactions, in-store charges. As well as, counts back change and issues receipts. Operates Lottery both redeem and sales.
• Cooks food using ovens and microwaves.
• Prepares and preps food.
• Follow all food health and safety standards.
• Displays food properly and monitors expiration dates and disposes of outdated food.
• Understands and practices proper sanitation procedures and ensures the work area is always clean and neat.
• Store food properly when not in use.
• Cleans but not limited to registers, restrooms, backroom, sweeps and mops the floor, restocks, and garbage's.
• Ensures proper maintenance of lot
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Previous Experience in customer service or food related industry is a plus but not required.
