Customer Service/Dispatcher - TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation and logistics of our service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of container shipments to customer locations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process service requests from customers
- Coordinate and schedule services to drivers and warehouse
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment arrival times
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and minimize travel time
- Collaborate with truckers to arrange freight shipments (will train)
- Track and monitor GPS data to ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, including data entry into Transportation Management systems Collaborate
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed

Skills:

- Bulingual in English and Spanish and Chinese
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems
- Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems for monitoring vehicle locations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
