Customer service/e-commerce support

Intella Parts Company is a rapidly growing supplier of forklift parts throughout North America. Because of our growth we're looking to fill a full time customer service position.

Must be able to work on‑site at our Holland, MI location. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities include:

- answering telephone and email customer inquiries

- process and enter customer orders

- handle customer concerns

Qualified applicants...

- will ideally have prior experience in a customer service/automotive parts setting. Experience at auto parts companies like NAPA, Autozone, O'reilly, Carquest, Parts Plus, Grainger, Fastenal, etc.

- strong computer skills. You should be well versed in using the computer for web browsing, placing e-commerce orders, data entry, etc.

- strong communication skills

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Work well on your own

- willing to listen to customers and handle concerns

- High school education

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am until 5:00pm

No weekend Saturday/Sunday work, paid vacation, health care benefits, retirement 401k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
