Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service/Intake Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless intake process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in customer support environments. Bilingual abilities, especially in English and other languages, are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. This position offers an opportunity to develop strong client relations while utilizing various computer and Microsoft Office skills in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and outbound calling to assist clients with inquiries and appointments
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes
- Manage client intake procedures efficiently, including data entry and documentation accuracy
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to update records and generate reports
- Support sales efforts by promoting services and assisting with client onboarding
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions and improve service delivery
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and quality standards
Experience
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, especially in client intake or support roles
- Bilingual abilities in English and additional languages are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients
- Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), and general computer skills required
- Experience with outbound calling, customer support, or client services is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and providing appropriate solutions
