Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator/Cashier

Store Shift Details: 6 Days a week / 10 Hours a Day.

Minimum 2 years experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

* Manages financial transactions/Cashier (POS software experience is required)

* Process Orders (coordination with warehouse and quality check to get the orders ready for delivery)

* Setup Delivery Schedules and coordinate with customers

* Ensure deliveries are loaded into delivery vehicles

* Assist customers and responds to customers’ questions over email/WhatsApp/telephone

* Handle Customer Complaints and Issues

* Inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

* Assist in keeping the store clean and display organized

* Availability to work flexible shifts within Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
