Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative / Clerical Assistant / Dispatch Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our moving services. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.

Scheduling and confirming moving appointments with customers.

Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.

Clerical Tasks:

Data entry and record-keeping related to customer bookings and shipments.

Assisting in the preparation of invoices and receipts.

Maintaining organized files and documentation.

Coordinating with other team members to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.

Dispatch Assistance:

Assisting with the dispatching of moving crews to job sites.

Ensuring timely communication between customers and our moving teams.

Monitoring and updating the status of ongoing moving jobs.

Handling logistics and coordinating schedules for moving assignments.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in email communication and letter writing.

Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
