What you’ll do

• Handle customer scheduling via phone & email, with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage multi-line phone systems.
• Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
• Provide administrative support including clerical duties.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes and improve customer support.
• Engage in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy in communication.

Basic qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service or office environments is essential.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Preferred qualifications

• Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• Experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and general office management.
• Previous personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing multiple responsibilities.
