Customer Service / Print Shop Coordinator

Our well-established printing company in Vero Beach, Florida, is looking for a dependable, organized person to work directly with customers and help move print jobs through our shop.

This is not a graphic design position. It is a customer service and production coordination job in a busy local printing company.

What you'll do:

· Greet and help walk-in customers

· Answer phones and emails professionally

· Take in print orders and quote requests

· Gather details, files, deadlines, and instructions

· Follow jobs through production

· Communicate with customers about proofs, timing, and pickup

· Help keep jobs organized and moving

Good background for this job:

· Printing experience is a plus

· Customer service experience

· Retail, office, paint store, hardware, sign shop, copy/print, or production experience

· Comfort working with details, colors, sizes, deadlines, and customer expectations

· Good phone skills

· Organized and steady under pressure

· Willing to learn our system and our way of doing things

What we need:

· Reliable attendance

· Clear communication

· Good attitude with customers and coworkers

· Ability to follow procedures

· Comfort working in a small business where everyone helps

Full-time position. Hours can be flexible.

Based on experience, starting pay $18 to $20 per hour

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
