A Few of the Responsibilities Include:

· Project Managing our customer’s sales orders and order details

• Processing estimates
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments
• Communicating and coordinating with Engineering, Production, and the Sales Team as necessary

Your Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or working with designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plus
• Customer Focused Advocate
• Innovative Problem-Solving Skills
• High Percentage of Achievement to Targets
• Ear-to-Ear Telephone Interactions and Follow Up
• Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Strict Attention to Details
• Ability to work effectively within teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and/or software
• Skilled in E-mail communication
• Previous experience reading drawings/diagrams a plus
• Previous experience with QuickBooks also a plus
