Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Route Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, pricing & scheduling our services over the phone and ensuring a positive experience. You be will handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with various customer needs while maintaining a professional demeanor. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Scan & Email documents & paperwork to clients as needed
  • Assist customers with service information, service status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Organize productive routes for service personnel effectively & efficiently with minimal drive & down time.
  • Handle outbound calling to schedule services and follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate & communicate with team members effectively to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote services during customer phone interactions.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
  • Experience with mobile scheduling software for route personnel (such as Pestpac, Gorilla Desk or Field Routes is helpful.
  • Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous.
  • Typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from varied backgrounds by phone.
  • Experience in outbound calling or sales is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
