Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Scan & Email documents & paperwork to clients as needed
- Assist customers with service information, service status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Schedule service appointments
- Organize productive routes for service personnel effectively & efficiently with minimal drive & down time.
- Handle outbound calling to schedule services and follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate & communicate with team members effectively to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote services during customer phone interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Experience with mobile scheduling software for route personnel (such as Pestpac, Gorilla Desk or Field Routes is helpful.
- Familiarity with call center operations is advantageous.
- Typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from varied backgrounds by phone.
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
