We are looking for a female customer service representative who is tech-savvy, organized, and confident communicating with customers for birthday event coordination.

*Responsibilities:*

* Handle inbound customer phone calls

* Assist customers with birthday party planning and product offerings

* Coordinate between customers and the store team

* Provide excellent customer support and follow-up

* Use technology/tools efficiently for communication and coordination

*Requirements:*

* Fluent English communication skills

* American accent required*

* _*Comfortable working night shift (7 PM – 7 AM)*_

* Tech-savvy and quick learner

* Friendly, professional, and organised personality

* Experience in customer support, call handling, or event coordination is a plus

*Salary:*

- 50,000/- per month
