Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Overview

We are seeking responsible, professional, and reliable Customer Service Representatives for international phone, email, and live chat support projects. Prior experience in international customer service campaigns is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Requirements

• Fluency in English with a neutral or American accent
• Excellent English writing skills with proper grammar and punctuation
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate resolutions
• Willingness to work on-site during night shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent work ethic

This is a strictly on-site position. Remote work is not available.
