Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and articulate communicator, committed to providing an exceptional service experience. You will be responsible for addressing client enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our IT solutions. This is a Full-Time position with a competitive salary range of $28,000 - $38,000 USD per annum, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., IT support, software development).
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support or client services role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
* A keen interest in technology and IT services is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
