Customer Services Representative Female

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using platforms like Shopify and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

. Inbound Customer Support:

- Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.

. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information about products and services.

. Follow-Up:

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

. Order Processing:

- Assist customers with order placements on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

. Problem Resolution:

- Address customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.

. Product Knowledge:

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information.

. Record Keeping:

- Document customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities accurately.

. Customer Returns:

- Follow up on return parcels, confirm customer preferences, inspect returns upon receipt, and document any damages as needed.

. Walk-In Customer Support:

- Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and support with orders.

. Whats App Client Communication:

- Manage client inquiries via Whats App, ensuring timely and effective responses.

. Data Entry:

- Enter customer and transaction data into Excel for accurate records.

. Parcel Tracking:

- Track parcel statuses through Leopard and TCS portals, updating customers as needed.

. Status Updates:

- Update the company’s Whats App status daily with relevant information.

. Broadcast Channel Handling:

- Manage and maintain the Whats App Broadcast Channel for effective communication.

. Order Confirmation and Coordination:

- Confirm orders, coordinate with packing and inventory departments, and generate consignment notes (CN s).

. Order Fulfillment & Reporting:

- Oversee order fulfillment, manage canceled and returned orders, and generate reports in Excel.

. Shopify Management:

- Manage customer orders, product details, and order updates on Shopify.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order management.

- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Excel, and order processing systems.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
