Customer Services Representative (Female)

E-Dental Mart, Pakistan’s largest online and retail marketplace for dental products, is looking for a Customer Services/Support Representative (Female) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and complaints.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending queries.
• Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth order processing.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh graduates can also apply).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.
