Customer Services Representative - UK Energy Campaign

• Generating leads and sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
• Answering customers' questions about the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

Requirements :

• The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English.
• Candidates with experience in outbound Telesales .
• Creative thinking mindset.
• Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales hunting ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

Remuneration Package:

• 10 Sick Leaves
• 10 Casual Leaves
• 07 Annual Leaves (After completion of one year)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
