Customer Service/Sales

Growing Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to join our team part-time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone in order to obtain quotes and appointments.
• Modify sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Maintain records of contacts and activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma required. Previous call center/Insurance experience is a plus.

Must have basic PC skills and be able to pass a thorough criminal background check.

• Hours are Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Hourly, plus bonus. Advancement potential available.
