We are hiring a Customer Service & Sales Executive for a US Voice Process role. The position focuses on telecalling existing customers, pitching services/products, managing sales data, and maintaining MIS reports while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing US customers
  • Pitch and upsell services/products to current clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales trackers, and call data
  • Update CRM systems with call outcomes and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution
  • Ensure compliance with call quality and process guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in US Voice Process / International Telecalling / Sales
  • Strong sales pitching and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Willingness to work in night shifts

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Background in BPO / International Sales / Customer Service
  • Experience handling existing client base (upselling/cross-selling)
  • Familiar with CRM and sales tracking tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
