Customer Service/Sales Position for E-Commerce Co

PaperRolls-N-More.com is a national e-commerce company seeking a full-time or part-time experienced Customer Service Representative. We are a family owned and operated business supply company in our 38th year. The ideal candidate should care about the customer’s experience, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
• Process orders and returns efficiently
• Keep accurate records of customer contact
• Work closely with other departments to ensure order and shipping accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Outgoing phone calls to existing customers for retention

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience using e-commerce platforms a plus

Pay scale is $19-$20 an hour + Insurance + Vacation + Paid Holidays

Our hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
