Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at Ventilators Plus, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with our healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to healthcare facilities and organizations.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries to fulfill customers' requests.
- Promoting services to existing customers while continually prospecting for new potential customers.
- Development of qualified leads through the use of telephone canvassing, e-mail and cold calling.
- Assist clients with product information, service options, and creating service quotes.
- Document interactions accurately in the system for future reference and analysis.
- Support data entry tasks related to client information and service requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Sales Experience.
- Proficient computer office software skills
