Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, promote new offerings, and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Assist clients with account setup, data entry, and updating personal or transactional information accurately within the company’s systems
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and processing orders efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, process payments securely, and maintain accurate financial records related to sales activities
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports, track customer interactions, and document service activities comprehensively
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences across diverse audiences
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements for service delivery
Skills
- Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook along with strong computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, active listening, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of call center protocols including phone etiquette and client engagement strategies
- Basic understanding of transaction processing
- Analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
