Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
• Provide information about gym services, classes, and amenities.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and bookings.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date.
• Utilize Mindbody POS software for all aspects of client tracking and billing.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
• Communicate with coaches and instructors to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond to new business leads from AI voice and chat systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support role; previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar position is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and clerical duties with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
• Committed to a fitness/wellness lifestyle and familiar with gym training.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
