Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product and service information while assisting with order processing and issue resolution
• Follow up with clients and promote products or services
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to support sales initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales processes
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to perform accurate data entry with solid typing skills
