Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new catering and event sales opportunities
- Respond to catering inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
- Present catering menus, pricing, and customized event proposals
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Coordinate event details with kitchen and operations teams
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports
- Represent the company at networking events, tastings, and community functions
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, catering, or event management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
