We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service/Sales Representative Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Provide product or service information to customers as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage
