We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service/Sales Representative Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Provide product or service information to customers as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage
