All American Limousine is actively hiring a motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing luxury transportation company. Full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available.

With over 35 years of service in the Chicago market, we are highly rated across all major platforms and continue to expand. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Position Overview:

This role combines customer service, inbound sales, and light outbound follow-up (cold calls). You will be the first point of contact for clients booking airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, proms, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate quotes and close reservations
• Follow up with leads and assist with outbound sales calls
• Assist customers with questions, trip modifications, and problem resolution
• Enter reservations accurately into the system
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable handling high call volume
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Knowledge of the Chicagoland area required
• Transportation or limousine industry experience is a plus (not required — we will train the right candidate)
