Customer Service/Sales Support Representative

Maintex is a family-owned jan/san distributor. We are looking for an experienced customer service/sales support professional to interact with commercial customers and field sales reps. You should be comfortable multi-tasking, using an ERP system, and juggling dozens of calls and emails each day while providing top-notch service and clear communication.

Minimum of 5 years of NON-RETAIL customer service experience. Preferably manufacturing or distribution experience.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with Microsoft Excel. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Prior experience using Infor SX.e or CloudSuite Distribution is a big plus!
