Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our Front counter Staff. This role is all about creating great customer service experience while keeping up with a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

-Greet customers and take orders accurately and in a friendly manner

-Prepare coffee, bagels, sandwiches and other menu items

-Work efficiently during busy rushes

-Keep area clean, stocked and organized

-Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for

-Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Reliable and punctual with no transportation issues

-Comfortable standing for most of your shift

-Ability to occasionally lift and carry 15-30lbs (when re-stocking)

-Food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

-Interest in social media is a plus-especially if you enjoy creating content or being part of our silly videos.

Schedule

-Weekday availability required, days are flexible

-Weekend availability (and some holidays) is mandatory

Pay & Benefits

-$17-18/hour to start (based on experience)

-Tips averaging an additional $7-$9/hour

-Paid sick time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 34.0 per week
