About the Role:
We are hiring a Telesales cum Customer Service Executive for a well-established furniture and mattress company. The ideal candidate must have strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers with order placement, delivery details, and after-sales support.
- Follow up with leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain CRM records, update customer details, and track follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams when required.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare basic reports related to sales calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in telesales or customer service (preferably furniture/mattress industry).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
