About the Role:

We are hiring a Telesales cum Customer Service Executive for a well-established furniture and mattress company. The ideal candidate must have strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Assist customers with order placement, delivery details, and after-sales support.
• Follow up with leads, close sales, and meet monthly targets.
• Maintain CRM records, update customer details, and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams when required.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Prepare basic reports related to sales calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in telesales or customer service (preferably furniture/mattress industry).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
