As a Customer Solutions Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of customers, AI, and execution —owning outcomes from first conversation to long-term success.


This is not a traditional account manager role.

And it’s not a pure engineering role either.


It’s for builders who love customers, learn fast, and want AI to be their daily co-pilot.


About the Role:

As a Customer Solutions Manager (AI & Agentic Systems) , you will:

  • Start close to sales and client relationships , deeply understanding customer goals and decision criteria
  • Embed with customers to map requirements, workflows, and data sources
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents tailored to each customer’s stack
  • Own implementations end-to-end: POC → production → iteration
  • Collaborate with engineering to build integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ship fast
  • Translate real customer needs into clear product and roadmap feedback
  • Manage timelines, unblock dependencies, and ensure successful, measurable deployments
  • Own customer success long-term — outcomes, adoption, and expansion

You are the bridge between business and technology , turning ambiguity into shipped solutions.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce, B2B, or enterprise customer-facing roles (sales, solutions, partnerships, or CX)
  • Strong understanding of how to win deals and deliver value post-sale
  • Comfortable working across industries and senior stakeholders
  • Curious and hungry to learn AI and agentic systems fast
  • High ownership, low ego, strong execution mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities independently

Big pluses:

  • Industrial Engineering background
  • Startup experience
  • Technical curiosity (APIs, integrations, workflows—even if you’re not an engineer)
