Job Title: Customer Success & Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success & Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure successful usage of our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and prior experience in managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities Customer Success"

  • Manage onboarding, training, and adoption of the Bandhoo/Constra platform for assigned clients.
  • Ensure customers achieve their business goals by using the product effectively.
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify risks or drop-offs early.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Account Management

  • Own client relationships end-to-end and maintain long-term engagement.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Support clients with queries, feature requests, and product clarifications.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Handling roles.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and fluent in Marathi.
  • Educational background: B.Tech, BE, MCA, MBA, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, construction tech, or field productivity tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand product workflows and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic tech tools.
