Customer Success Agent (Female) – SEO / Digital Marketing (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Female Customer Success Agent with a background in SEO and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating with internal SEO/digital marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with SEO/digital marketing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Provide campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure timely delivery
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Ensure client retention and long-term satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and digital campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills
• Professional attitude and result-oriented mindset
