Customer Success and Executive Support

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success and Executive Support to support our leadership team while managing key business functions, including office operations, marketing, customer success, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can multitask, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Office Management

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in communication, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Organize company events, team meetings, and internal communications.

Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email outreach, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, website updates, and newsletters.
  • Help manage brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Track customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and engagement levels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and support business growth.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects across departments.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva), and project management software.
  • Experience in customer service or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Prior experience in customer success or sales support.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
