About the Role

We are hiring Customer Success Associates to join our Insurance Sales Team (Motor Insurance, Life Insurance & Health Insurance).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Freshers up to ₹25,000 CTC | Experienced candidates up to ₹35,000 CTC (Max 20% hike)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree (any stream)
• Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Knowledge of additional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada (preferred)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and insurance tele sales
