Customer Success Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Experience required:
2 to 8 years in the industry.
Onboarding new clients on Nitrogen
Understanding the client’s requirements
Active support on Client’s tickets to address client's issues, managing and enhancing the product features.
Translating the client’s requirements with the Product team to enhance the new feature sets.
Analyzing the data and preparing reports.

Required Technical Skills:
Must have Excellent knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS frameworks, Webserver, Database. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with support.
Excellent communication skills
Nice to have experience of Cloud Platform experience (GCP/AWS/Azure)

Education Qualification
UG: B. Tech / B.E. – Computers OR PG: MCA / M. Tech

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
