Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Duration: Yearly renewable
Key Responsibilities:

Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and solution presentations

Assist in proposal development and account management

Manage end-to-end implementation of platform solutions and use cases

Coordinate with stakeholders (customers, vendors, government, internal teams)

Ensure smooth onboarding and integration with platform services

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates

Oversee technical solution design and operational support

Improve processes and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements:
-
5 years of IT experience, with exposure to solution architecture

Experience with cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferably Microsoft Azure
-
Knowledge of authentication (SAML, OAuth, RBAC) and cloud security
-
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
-
Good communication and presentation abilities
