Customer Success Engineer

Job Title: Customer Success Engineer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: Yearly renewable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and solution presentations
  • Assist in proposal development and account management
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of platform solutions and use cases
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (customers, vendors, government, internal teams)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration with platform services
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
  • Oversee technical solution design and operational support
  • Improve processes and ensure alignment across teams

Requirements:

  • 5 years of IT experience, with exposure to solution architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of authentication (SAML, OAuth, RBAC) and cloud security
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and presentation abilities
