About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive who can be the voice of Enhanced Labs and ensure every consumer feels valued. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to launch their careers, gain cross-functional exposure, and learn the inner workings of a fast-growing consumer brand. You’ll be at the frontline of customer interactions—whether on WhatsApp, calls, or emails—making sure every query is resolved with clarity, empathy, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp API, calls, emails, and query platforms.
Resolve queries with empathy, strong product knowledge, and quick turnaround time.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Collect and share consumer feedback to enhance products, communication, and processes.
Support consumer engagement campaigns, onboarding journeys, and feedback initiatives.
Build warm, clear, and helpful customer relationships that reflect the brand’s ethos.
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with multitasking.
Passion for wellness, nutrition, and consumer brands is a plus.
A people-first mindset with empathy and problem-solving ability.
