About the Role


As our first Customer Success Manager Intern, you will work directly with our founders and be embedded in the core of our operations from day one. This is a rare opportunity to experience a next-generation AI startup environment, develop real ownership over meaningful work, and grow alongside a team that takes excellence seriously.

A full-time position is available for the right candidate upon successful completion of the internship.


What You'll Do


  • Join and support client and internal meetings, take structured notes, and track action items
  • Prepare, review, and polish deliverables and customer-facing outputs
  • Support onboarding and ongoing success efforts for customers
  • Use and explore cutting-edge AI tools to increase productivity and output quality
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and stakeholders
  • Bring genuine ownership to your work — flag issues early and follow through to resolution


Work Schedule


  • 3.5–4 days per week
  • Currently remote; transitioning to on-site within the year as we open our Istanbul office
  • Schedule and working days to be agreed on joining


What We're Looking For


We care more about who you are than what you know.

Must-haves:

  • 4th-year university student (business, communications, or related fields are a plus; top 5 university is a plus)
  • English proficiency at C1 or above, especially spoken communication (native-level is a strong plus)
  • Analytical mindset — you enjoy breaking down problems and structuring information clearly
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and comfort with prompting and generative AI platforms
  • Respectful, communicative, and dependable — you follow through on what you say you'll do

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in SaaS, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)
  • Interest in technology, product, or business strategy
