Customer Success Management Trainee

  • Support the Customer Success and SMB Sales team in managing client accounts and onboarding activities.
  • Assist in handling customer queries, follow-ups, and basic support coordination with technical teams.
  • Help track customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records (leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-ups).
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market and customer research for SMB segments.
  • Support lead generation activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, inbound queries).
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline and customer success activities.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles, customer lifecycle, and CRM concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to learn sales and account management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs24,999.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
