- Support the Customer Success and SMB Sales team in managing client accounts and onboarding activities.
- Assist in handling customer queries, follow-ups, and basic support coordination with technical teams.
- Help track customer engagement, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records (leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and follow-ups).
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Conduct market and customer research for SMB segments.
- Support lead generation activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, inbound queries).
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline and customer success activities.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales cycles, customer lifecycle, and CRM concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with good reporting and documentation skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and eagerness to learn sales and account management.
