Summary:
Seeking a Customer Success Management - Trainee to ensure positive customer experiences, build loyalty, and foster long-term relationships.
Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage assigned customer relationships for successful product use, retention, and satisfaction
- Prepare and nurture customers to become product advocates

Help customers achieve their educational goals using our products

Identify and address common customer issues

Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally

Identify and develop up-sell opportunities

Respond to customer queries via email and telephone
You Should have:

0-3 years of experience as a Technical Account Management in a technology or SaaS solutions company

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Techno-commercial mindset with understanding of various use cases

Graduation with an engineering background preferred

Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently

Comfortable with night and flexible shifts
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in any domain
