We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to oversee and optimize client campaigns from pre-launch to post-reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor demand generation campaigns using first-party data and integrated tools.
  • Analyze performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Support Sales with account management to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Respond to client requests on reporting, billing, and product inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or campaign tools a plus.


You’ll act as the key link between clients and internal teams - driving performance, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term success.


You will need to upsell existing customer contracts.
