Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can support our clients in implementing and using BuildSuite effectively. You'll be the go-to person during onboarding and training, helping teams adapt to digital tools for project, HR, procurement, and accounting workflows. If you're someone who enjoys both technology and interacting with people, this is the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Training:

  • Guide customers during implementation across different modules (Project, HR, Purchase, Accounting).
  • Conduct training sessions for site and office teams on how to use BuildSuite tools.
  • Set up initial configurations and workflows as per client SOPs.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Act as a single point of contact during onboarding and early adoption.

Monitoring & Support:

  • Track usage and adoption metrics; share improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues promptly.
  • Escalate client feedback for product improvements.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Help document project status, site activities, HR and payroll reports if needed.
  • Prepare handover notes and assist clients in standardizing digital workflows.

Requirements Education:

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Civil Engineering, or Management
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ERP tools like Tally, SAP, Frappe, or similar.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction operations and admin tasks (invoicing, procurement, HR, site monitoring).
  • Basic software/ERP understanding and tech comfort.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English (written and verbal).
  • Good with people, confident speaker, and natural relationship builder.

Extras:

  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites when needed.
  • Driving license is preferred.
