CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Success Manager – Middle East to join a leading global energy software company. This role is based in the UAE and will be part of the EMEA Customer Success team, working with utilities, regulators, government bodies, and energy companies.

Key You

Managing and growing a high-value portfolio of enterprise energy clients across the Middle East.

Establishing and nurturing executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring software solutions deliver measurable value.

Driving customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth.

Partnering with clients to understand evolving priorities and ensure adoption and satisfaction.

Represent

Collaborating internally with product, implementation, and support teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Providing actionable insights and feedback to shape product development and innovation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

12–15 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within enterprise software or energy/utilities sectors.

Strong understanding of the Middle East energy landscape, including utilities, regulators, and market dynamics.

Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite experience.

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior audiences.

Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required.
