We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on the product design and user experience ecosystem to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our creative tools. The applicant will collaborate closely with our data science and development teams, working together to drive innovation and positively impact the industry. This role offers career growth and learning opportunities, surrounded by experienced professionals passionate about their work.
Responsibilities:

Technical Validation: Take a hands-on approach to testing product iterations, identifying bugs or UX friction points, and collaborating with developers to refine the product before it reaches the end-user.
-
Strategic Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new B2B partners, ensuring our data analytics tools are seamlessly integrated into their existing energy-market workflows.
-
Product Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the customer" for our data science and development teams, translating client pain points into actionable product requirements for our AI-driven features.
-
User Experience Optimization: Monitor how clients interact with our product design ecosystem, identifying friction points and providing tailored training to ensure they are leveraging our full suite of energy-market tools.
-
Data Translation: Simplify complex AI and data-driven insights for non-technical client teams, ensuring they understand the "so what" behind the analytics to drive business value.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
-
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS, Energy-Tech, or FinTech environment.
-
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data-heavy products. You don't need to be a Data Scientist, but you should be able to interpret AI-driven insights and explain them clearly to clients
-
Industry Knowledge: A baseline understanding of energy markets or a strong desire to become a subject matter expert in energy data and analytics.
-
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical "jargon" into business value. You can hold your own in a room with both Data Scientists and C-suite executives.
-
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting. When you see a bug or a friction point in the user journey, your first instinct is to document it and suggest a fix.
-
Tools: Familiarity with project management or design tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) is preferred.
-
Adaptability, openness to feedback, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
