Role Summary:
The Customer Success Manager ensures long-term success, adoption, and continuous optimization of the AI solution post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as ongoing relationship manager post go-live
  • Monitor performance metrics and outcomes
  • Coordinate enhancements, updates, and optimization
  • Provide reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Support renewal and expansion discussions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience supporting SaaS or AI solutions
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Higher-education client experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: AED50.00 - AED150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
